You're right that north korea cannot stand up against our nuclear weapons and you say that if we try to take out their sites that American troops and Koreans would be killed and you're right about that to. But if you prefer a reactionary only approach, then Americans and Koreans are still going to die from a North Korean nuclear attack, especially if the attack is made on the demilitarized zone because that is where nearly 40,000 American troops are as well as a large chunk of the South Korean military. Sadly its a no win situation.
